Implementing Ridder iQ ERP for manufacturing companies across Norway. Working across the full project lifecycle — from blueprint documentation and master data setup to customer workshops, go-live, and hypercare support.

Customers include job-shop and engineer-to-order manufacturers. Core focus areas: production planning, shopfloor, purchasing, and financial configuration.

HR system implementations

Led HR system implementations for international clients across multiple countries — including a global life sciences company across Europe and North America, and a large Norwegian care organization delivering services across hundreds of municipalities. Both required adapting HR processes to local legislation, heavy customization, and coordination across large distributed workforces.

Responsible for the full arc: scoping, stakeholder alignment, and delivery from contract to go-live.

Critical event management systems

Implemented mass notification and critical alerting systems for public sector clients — including emergency dispatch centers (110-centrals), municipalities, and hospitals. Delivered both group-based alerting and address- and location-based notification systems, enabling organizations to reach the right people in the right place during emergencies. The work required close collaboration with clients who depended on these tools as frontline infrastructure for emergency response and crisis management.
