ERP implementations for manufacturers

I implement Ridder iQ ERP for manufacturing companies across Norway. I work on blueprint documentation, master data setup, customer workshops, go-live and hypercare support.
Customers include job-shop and engineer-to-order manufacturers. I mainly cover manufacturing, order processing, production planning and shopfloor control.
Agentic tooling
Atlas

Ask a general-purpose AI about a niche ERP and it makes things up. I built Atlas to fix that. It started as a knowledge base our AI assistants search, so answers come with documentation sources instead of guesses. It does more than answer now.

Knowledge
Setup, day-to-day use and the technical detail underneath, with cited sources. When nothing covers the question, it says so.
Verification
It drives a local install of the product, runs the configuration to see what actually happens, and checks the result independently. Findings that contradict the documentation are kept, so a dead end gets investigated once.
Production
It builds deliverables from the same base: reports, diagrams, documents, presentations, translations. Project state stays current through the working day.
Boundaries
It ships to colleagues on a regular cadence, and the build fails if a release contains customer names, local paths or secrets. Customer data stays out.

HR system implementations

I led HR system implementations for international clients in several countries. Projects included a global life sciences company in Europe and North America, and a large Norwegian care organization serving hundreds of municipalities. Both required adapting HR processes to local legislation, heavy customization and coordination across large distributed workforces.
I owned each project from contract to go-live, including scoping, stakeholder alignment and delivery.

Critical event management systems

I implemented mass notification and critical alerting systems for public sector clients, including emergency dispatch centers (110-centrals), municipalities and hospitals. The systems combined group-, address- and location-based notifications, so a municipality could warn one street or a hospital one ward. For the clients this was emergency infrastructure, not a software project.
